GES Staff Update: Ghana Card Integration on E-Pay Platform to Reflect After March Salaries

GES staff who submitted Ghana Card details for the E-Pay Services Platform will see updates after March 2026 salary payments, management confirms.

The (GES) has issued an important update to staff regarding the ongoing integration of Ghana Card details into the E-Pay Services Platform.

According to the notice, staff who have already submitted their Ghana Card details through their respective Human Resource units should expect the updates to reflect after the March 2026 salary payments.


Processing of Submitted Details Ongoing

Management explained that all submitted records are currently being processed as part of efforts to align staff data with the national identification system.

The integration is expected to enhance payroll accuracy, improve verification processes, and support broader public sector digitalisation efforts in .


Staff Urged to Remain Patient

The has called on staff to remain patient as the verification and update process continues.

Officials assured employees that all valid submissions will be captured, and any necessary updates will be reflected in due course following the March payroll cycle.


Commitment to Efficient Payroll Systems

The update forms part of ongoing reforms aimed at improving payroll management and ensuring that staff records are accurate and up to date across the Service.
