The Controller and Accountant-General’s Department (CAGD) has issued an official notice requiring the submission of data for transfer grants and other allowances for qualified staff, in line with the annual budget implementation process. Note: Applicants who requested to be transferred to their current station or whose distance does not meet the 50 KM policy should not be uploaded in the submission portal.

- Click on the link for submission to fill out the form for each applicant.
- Sign in with a Gmail account to access and complete the submission form.
- Upload Documents:
- For each applicant, upload the documents related to the specified allowance they are eligible for. Summary Sheets:
- Once individual submissions are completed, proceed to upload the summary sheets for each MMDE. These summary sheets should be based on the existing templates used for submitting data on transfer grants and allowances. Ensure All Required Fields Are Filled:
- Make sure to complete each section of the form accurately. Missing or incorrect data could delay the processing of transfer grants and allowances.
