Enchi College of Education has announced new leadership appointments for 2026, naming Dr. Emmanuel Brew as Dean of Students Affairs and confirming new Heads of Departments and Units.
Enchi College of Education has officially released its list of new academic and administrative appointments for the 2026 academic year, covering key leadership positions across departments, units, and halls of residence.
The appointments, which take effect from 1st February 2026 to 31st January 2027, form part of the College’s annual administrative restructuring to strengthen governance and academic delivery.
Dean of Students Affairs
Dr. Emmanuel Brew has been appointed as the Dean of Students Affairs for the stated period. His role will focus on student welfare, discipline, co-curricular development, and overall student engagement on campus.
Heads of Departments
The College has also named new Heads of Departments as follows:
- Dr. Emmanuel Adom Ashun – Head, Department of Education
- Mr. Joseph Parker – Acting Head, Department of Science
- Mr. Jerous Smith Mesu – Acting Head, Languages Department
- Mr. Love Louis Amoah – Acting Head, Pre-Vocational Department
- Mr. Essel Kwesi Ahenkora – Acting Head, Social Sciences Department
- Mr. Joseph Issah Awinyam – Acting Head, Mathematics & ICT Department
All appointments run from 1st February 2026 to 31st January 2027.
Heads of Units
The following officers have been assigned to lead key administrative units:
- Awukuyi Enoch Mensah – Acting Head, Quality Assurance Unit
- Mr. Solomon Appiah – Acting Head, Academic Affairs
- Mr. Mfumi Appiah – Acting Head, Supported Teaching Unit
These appointments are expected to reinforce institutional quality standards, academic coordination, and supported teaching programmes.
Halls of Residence
To enhance student supervision and welfare within residential facilities, the College has appointed:
- Mr. Abu Bakar – Hall Tutor
- Mr. Osei Appiahgyei – Hall Tutor
