Driver in Critical condition after School Bus Plunges on Mountainous Amedzofe Road

A driver with the Amedzofe Technical School is reportedly in critical condition at the hospital, after a bus load of students he was transporting plunged into a deep valley on the mountaineous Amedzofe Road in the Ho West district.

The students were said to be returning from an ongoing inter schools sports festival in Ho when the accident occurred late Tuesday afternoon.

Information picked by Voltaonlinegh.com, suggested that, the school bus was climbing the steep road to Amedzofe when it suddenly began to reverse, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle, leading to it falling off into the valley.
