UEW SRC EC releases Certified Election Results for the 2021/22 Newly Elected Officers

The Students Representative Council , SRC electoral commission officially writes to the general student body of the University of Education ,UEW  to officially declare the true certified results of the SRC general elections conducted on the 10th of September, 2021.

At the end of the general elections, which took place at i 5 polling stations covering the north, Central and South campuses.

Eleven ( l l) individuals obtained· the highest vote, in .their various. category of their portfolios-as clearly stated in article 13 of the SRC constitution and the Constitutional Instrument 1hat guided the election. Per article 13 Clause (S) “ALL OFFICERS SHALL BE DUL¥ ELECTED BY SIMPLE MAJORITY”.

The Commission by this communique wishes to express its sincerest appreciation to the general student body for the support, co-operation and the general conduct of the student body towards the Commission before, during and after elections.

And the commission also extends its appreciation to the Dean of Student Affairs, the SRC president and his able executives and the speaker of the local Assembly for their unflinching, and unconditional support.
