Savannah Region schools, including Bole SHS, Damongo SHS, and Salaga T.I. Ahmadiyya SHS will represent the region in NSMQ 2025. Here’s the full list of qualifiers and outlook.

Savannah Region—A Young Competitor in NSMQ

The Savannah Region, created in 2019, is still finding its feet in the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ). Though it is yet to produce a national semifinalist, the region’s schools have shown resilience and determination in representing their communities at the national stage.Schools like Bole SHS and Damongo SHS continue to carry the region’s hopes, while newer entrants are gradually joining the contest to strengthen the region’s presence.

Seeded Schools

As of NSMQ 2024, no school from the Savannah Region secured a seeded spot. All representatives for NSMQ 2025 came through the regional qualifiers.

Regional Qualifiers

The following schools will represent the Savannah Region in NSMQ 2025:

Bole SHS
Damongo SHS
Salaga T.I. Ahmadiyya SHS

These qualifiers reflect the best from the region’s contests, each eager to put Savannah on the NSMQ map.

Girls’ Schools Representation

Currently, the Savannah Region has no standalone girls’ school participating in NSMQ 2025. However, female contestants from mixed schools such as Bole SHS are expected to represent the region.
