Our Lady of Grace Senior High School scored 71 points to win Contest 12 at the SGS Auditorium, becoming the highest-scoring school of Day Two in the 2025 National Science and Maths Quiz.

The twelfth preliminary contest of Day Two of the #NSMQ2025 at the SGS Auditorium featured Our Lady of Grace SHS, Benkum SHS, and Prampram SHS. The atmosphere was charged with anticipation as the schools battled through the rounds in a contest filled with impressive accuracy, teamwork, and competitive energy.

Round One: Our Lady of Grace Takes the Lead

The contest opened with a lively Round One, where Our Lady of Grace SHS established an early advantage with 24 points. Benkum SHS followed closely with 20 points, while Prampram SHS scored 15 points.The opening round demonstrated the keen preparation of all three schools, setting the stage for a fierce academic showdown. The @TrusturAI Speed Race followed, allowing contestants to showcase their quick thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Round Two: Pressure Builds at SGS Auditorium

Round Two intensified the competition, with all teams displaying improved confidence and precision. Our Lady of Grace SHS maintained their lead, while Benkum SHS increased their pace to close the gap. The audience, comprising students, alumni, and science enthusiasts, applauded every correct response as the contest grew more competitive.

Round Three: Benkum SHS Wins the @PruLifeGh NSMQ Star

The Problem of the Day, proudly sponsored by @PruLifeGh, proved decisive in testing conceptual understanding.

Our Lady of Grace SHS: 6/10
Prampram SHS: 4/10

With a perfect score of 10 out of 10, Benkum SHS swept the @PruLifeGh NSMQ Star, earning recognition for their remarkable teamwork and analytical reasoning. Despite the impressive showing from Benkum, Our Lady of Grace SHS remained in control of the overall contest.
