AUGUST LICENSE REGION NTC teachers CCP Curiculum Workshop

Teachers at the ongoing regional Common Core Program (CCP) Curriculum Trainer of Trainers workshop at the KNUST Centre are boycotting the event over what they describe as unfair treatment.

The teachers lamented that the GHC200 given to them as Transportation and Allowance fee was inadequate.

The workshop is organized by the Ghana Education Service to engage the teachers on the implementation of the new curriculum for junior high students.

The teachers say they deserve better than the 200 cedis the GES is giving them as remuneration for the five-day workshop.

Some say they will boycott the workshop until the money is adjusted upwards.
