    5. Focused National Scholarship Schemes: A significant proportion of national scholarship schemes will be directed towards training and skills development, particularly in areas where Ghana needs to build capacity.
    6. Centralized Application Processing Service (CAPS): The NPP will fully implement the Centralized Application Processing Service for tertiary institutions, simplifying the application process to a single submission and payment.
    7. National Open University: The establishment of a National Open University is planned to provide flexible learning opportunities and expand access to higher education across the country.
    8. National Service Exemption for Employed Graduates: Students who secure jobs after completing their tertiary education will be exempted from mandatory National Service, allowing them to enter the workforce directly.
    9. Protection and Enhancement of Free SHS and TVET: The NPP remains committed to protecting and enhancing the Free Senior High School (SHS) and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs.
    10. Teacher Recruitment and Improved Conditions: More teachers will be recruited at all levels, with improved conditions of service to ensure a motivated and well-supported teaching workforce.
    11. Development of Educational Infrastructure: The party plans to develop additional infrastructure for educational institutions to meet the increasing demand for quality education.
