EducationGhana,  June 23, GNAT:  The Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) has filed a case in court stopping the activities of the  Board of Trustees of the GNAT Provident Fund Scheme.

The injunction places a restraining order against the Board from organizing any meeting(s) including the one scheduled for 23/06/2021.

According to a memo issued by Thomas T. Musah, General Secretary- GNAT, the Board has duly been served hence he expects them to observe the injunction as legally possible, thereby stopping the board from its 23rd June meeting.
