EducationGhana, July 27, Study Leave: The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the official subject areas for 2021/22 Study Leave with Pay for teachers.
The GES in a statement issued by its head of human relations, Mrs Adjoa Van Vicker on July 26, 2021, indicated, that Staff who enrol for furtherĀ Studies without approval in the first semester will be considered as having vacated their post.

Below is the subject allocation and its corresponding percentages for Study Leave with Pay 2021/22
Subjects with 60% Allocation include; Physics, Chemistry, English Language, Biology, Integrated Science, Mathematics, Physical Education and French.

Subjects with 30% Allocation include; SopecialEducation, Ghanaian Language, Early Childhood, Religious Studies, Visual Arts (GKA, Creative Arts, Sculpture) Guidance and Counselling, Vocational Education ( Clothing and Textiles, Hospitality Management, Catering, Fashion & Design, Management in Leaving).
Technical Courses ( Tech drawing, Electronics, Applied Electricity, Refrigeration, Welding, Metal Work, Building Construction, Auto Mechanic, Auto Works, Draughtmanship, Creative Arts, and Graphic Design).
Subjects with 10% Allocation include; Laboratory Technician and Library /Information Studies.
