The Awutu Senya West District Education Directorate will distribute TM1 laptops to primary school teachers and office staff on September 5-6, 2024, at the District Education Office in Awutu Bereku. Here’s the detailed schedule and instructions.
The Awutu Senya West District Education Directorate in the Central Region has received a consignment of TM1 laptops designated for primary school teachers and office staff. The distribution is scheduled to take place on Thursday, September 5, 2024, and Friday, September 6, 2024, at the District Education Office in Awutu Bereku, beginning at 8:00 a.m. each day.
Distribution Schedule:
Day 1 – Thursday, September 5, 2024:
- Circuits: Awutu Circuit, Senya Circuit, Bontrase Circuit
- Office Staff: All office staff are included.
Day 2 – Friday, September 6, 2024:
- Circuits: Jei-Krodua Circuit, Bawjiase A&B Circuits, Ayensuako Circuit, Obrachire Circuit
Important Instructions:
Teachers and office staff are required to be present at the District Education Office as per the schedule. The suppliers of the TM1 laptops will be available to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the distribution process.
All teachers and officers involved are encouraged to disseminate this information to ensure timely and appropriate attendance.
