ASUANSI Technical Institute (ASUTECH) has launched its new online admission system for the 2024/2025 academic year. Students can complete the entire enrollment process—from document uploads to payments—online after CSSPS placement confirmation.
In a significant development for students, parents, and school administrators, ASUANSI Technical Institute (ASUTECH) has introduced an online admission platform to streamline the enrollment process for the 2024/2025 academic year.
This new system simplifies the journey for students, allowing them to complete every step online—from confirming their placement to submitting necessary documents—without physically visiting the campus before the reporting day.
Key Steps for Admission via the Online Portal
After receiving their placement through the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS), students are encouraged to follow these steps for admission to ASUTECH:
- Verify Placement: Confirm your placement on the official CSSPS platform. This initial step is essential before proceeding with admission.
- Access the ASUTECH Admission Portal: Head to the ASUTECH online admission portal at asutech.myonlineadmission.com to initiate the admission process.
- Submit Required Documents: Upload key documents as outlined on the portal, such as your BECE result slip, birth certificate, and placement form.
- Make Online Payments: Complete all required payments securely online. This includes any admission fees, school fees, or other applicable charges.
- Download Final Admission Letter: Upon completing all steps and payment verification, download your final admission letter from the portal. This document is your official entry ticket to ASUTECH and should be presented on reporting day.
Required Admission Documents into SHS/SHTSÂ
Upon arrival at the school, students and parents must have the following documents:
- CSSPS Placement Form – Official placement form for SHS/SHTS.
- BECE Result Slip – The original result slip provided by WAEC.
- Enrollment Form – This form includes the essential Enrolment Code.
- Birth Certificate – Valid proof of age and identification.
- Two Passport-Sized Photos – Recent, clear photos for school records.
The Enrolment Code found on the Enrollment Form is mandatory for admission.
Step-By-Step Online Admission Process
To streamline enrollment, most schools have an online admission process. Follow these steps for smooth completion:
- Visit Your School’s Admission Page: Access the school’s official website and click the Admission tab. Scroll down to find the input field.
- Enter Your Index Number: After entering your Index Number, click Proceed to view your admission information and initiate payment.
- Make Payment (GHC1): Schools require an initial payment of GHC1, which is processed through MoMo. Follow these steps:
- Dial *928*990# on your mobile device.
- Enter your school’s unique abbreviation (e.g., “apgss”).
- Type in your Index Number and wait for the payment prompt or approve the transaction through your MoMo approvals.
- Confirm with your MoMo PIN to complete the transaction.
- Continue Admission: Upon successful payment, return to the admission page and click Continue. A verification code will be sent to your phone.
- Verify Your Code: Enter the code and click Verify. This finalizes the verification process.
- Complete Admission and Download Documents: You will now be redirected to the school’s admission dashboard. Complete any remaining fields and download all necessary documents, including the Prospectus, School Rules, and other vital information.
