Wosilatu Mohammed, a 13-year-old Junior High School 2 pupil from Akatsico Practice School in the Akatsi South Municipal, has emerged as the overall winner of the 2025 Girls-in-ICT Celebration held on Wednesday, June 25, in the Volta Region.
Her victory stands as a shining example of how early exposure to digital literacy and inclusive educational programs can empower girls to dream bigger in technology.

Initially unsure of her chances in a regional competition, Wosilatu quickly found her voice and confidence as she began mastering practical ICT tools, including coding, game development, and website design.
