    📌 Entry Ranks & Corresponding Basic Salaries (2025)

    💰 Allowances Included in Gross Pay

    1. Professional Allowance (PA):
      • Teachers are entitled to an annual GH¢1,200 (Diploma) or GH¢1,500 (Degree) paid in two tranches.
    2. Responsibility Allowance:
      • Paid to teachers in extra roles (e.g., Headteachers, Coordinators).
    3. Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Support:
      • Teachers may receive CPD reimbursements under GES/National Teaching Council (NTC) programs.
