NaBCo Boss joins NPP parliamentary race in Tamale Central

Dr. Ibrahim Anyass, Chief Executive of National Builders Corp (NaBCo) has officially made his intention to contest the NPP’s parliamentary primaries in the Tamale Central Constituency of the Northern Region.

Deep throat sources within the elephant fraternity in the constituency indicates he would be going unopposed but www.tamaleonline.net cannot independently confirm at the moment.

This would be the second time Dr. Anyass would be putting himself up for the contest again in 2020 after he was defeated in the 2016 elections by the incumbent NDC candidate Hon. Inusah Fuseini.

Dr. Anyass earlier in June this year stated categorically he has unfinished business in the Tamale Central constituency and has vowed to win the seat from the NDC.

He would be coming against Comrade Murtala Mohammed, former deputy Trades Minister and MP for Nanton, Former Tamale Mayor Hanan Gundadwo or Adam Mahama should he win the primaries.

The NPP opened nominations for its parliamentary elections in orphans constituencies (constituencies where the party has no MP) from July 20 to August whiles the elections would take place on 20th September, 2019.
