The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has said that it shall incorporate NaBCo Recruits into Public Service after Expiry of their Contracts when voted into power in December 2020.
The National Communications Officer of the Party, Lawyer Sammy Gyamfi speaking on Goog Morning Ghana show on Metropolitan Television on Thursday, September 10, 2020, detailed the motive of the NDC to create more job opportunities for Ghanaians when voted into power in December 2020.

According to the NDC communicator, the Next NDC government shjall Create one million sustainable jobs in four (4) years (250,000 jobs per years) with decent wages dubbed “EDWUMAPA”.
This he said will include both private and public sector jobs.
He emphasized, that the policy will complement the NHIS which will apply to only secondary and tertiary health facilities.
