The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced an Easter break for all Pre-tertiary schools.
The GES in a statement dated March 31, 2021, indicated that all schools should break for Easter on Thursday, April 1, 2021.
The letter further indicated that Schools are expected to resume Tuesday, April 6, 2021, for Academic work to begin.

Boarding Schools
The GES however added, that for all boarding Schools, it was not compulsory for the boarders to go home for the Easter break.
The statement said such students should be fed for the entire duration of the Easter break.

Rules
The GES however added that boarders who shall be on campus should adhere strictly to all rules and regulations of their respective schools.

SHS 3 Reopening
The GES further indicated that all SHS 3 students shall resume April 7, 2021 for the second session of their first semester.
