12-year-old class six pupil allegedly hanged himself to death in an uncompleted building

A 12-year-old class six pupil has allegedly hanged himself to death Sunday in an uncompleted building.

The deceased was found hanging on a rag hooked to a window of the uncompleted building.

The incident is reported to have taken place within the precinct of their home at Korle -Nkwanta in the New Juaben South Municipality.

His body has been deposited at the morgue for preservation and autopsy.

He did not leave any note, however, sources say the deceased had been rebuked by his mother Sunday morning prior to the incident.

The police are investigating the case.
