The Executive Secretary of the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA) Dr Prince Armah has said that NaCCA can not stop any government from making any changes to the newly introduced Curriculum for Primary, JHS and SHS.
He was responding to questions pertaining to the sustainability of the New Reforms in the Pre-Tertiary Education Curriculum.

Dr. Prince Armah noted the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA) has nothing to say if subsequent governments decided to make some changes to the reforms in the future.
He was emphatic, the New CCP Curriculum met international standards and so shall have a futuristic effect on the Ghanaian Learner.
Curriculum Reviews
Dr. Prince Armah said there has been reviews of the pre-tertiary curriculum in 2007 and 2012 and that according to him, happened under different governments but has not been affected politically.
He argued that the team of experts selected to work on the curriculum were not selected based on their political affiliations.

College of Education Reviews
Dr. Prince Armah made reference to the introduction of the Diploma Courses in Colleges of Education in 2004/05 Academic year with the view of upgrading the learning capacities of teachers at the Colleges to meet the demands of the Country’s Education during that era.
He continued to include the decision by Transforming Teacher Education and Learning (T-TEL) to introduce a four-year degree program in the Colleges of Education.
He noted that none of these reforms was changed fortnight by any government decision.
