The Rumours

There has been widespread information circulating on social media which suggests that the first phase of the training on the new curriculum which has been scheduled for three weeks has been rescheduled for one week.

But the NaCCA Boss said that information is not valid but might be based on a specific district which might be based on its existing number of clusters and facilitators.

The Curriculum Training

About 152,000 Teachers at the public basic schools across the country shall begin a compulsory workshop on the implementation of the New Curriculum for Basic Schools.

The New Curriculum is expected to  be implemented  in September 2019 to begin the 2019/20 Academic year.
