University of Cape Coast to host 2020 Ghana Teacher Prize on October 5

The National Teaching Council (NTC) has scheduled this year’s Ghana Teacher Prize for Monday ,October 5,2020 at the New Examination Center (NEC Hall) of the University of Cape Coast (UCC).

This year’s event is on the theme ”Teacher Leadership in Developing Crisis Education Responses” and has His Excellency Nana Akuffo Addo as its Guest of Honour.

Awards

According to the NTC, the Most Outstanding Teacher shall go home with a Three Bedroom Appartment while the First Runner Up and Second Runner Up shall get a 4X4 Pick Up and Saloon Car respectively.

Other Categories to be awarded include the Best Pre-School Teacher, The Best Primary School Teacer, The Best Junior High School Teacher , The Best Senior High School Teacher , and The Best Non-Teaching Staff.

Others include the The Best Special School and  HIV/AIDS Most Alert School .

Activities

Activities fir this year’s evemt include a Two-Day Symposium on the 3rd and 4th of October , 2020 at 9:00AM .

The Grand Durbar shall take place on Monday, the 5t of October 2020 .

All events are expected to take place at the New Examination Center (NEC Hall) of the University of Cape Coast(UCC).
