Top 5 reasons Teachers Need to Increase their Fund Contributions in Ghana

Ferdinand | EducationGhana | March 29 | Top 5 reasons Teachers Need to Increase their Fund Contributions in Ghana

The following are the five(5) simple reasons why you really need to increase your contributions.

    1. To earn more interest on your investment.

The more your contribution, the more your interest. All the interest earned by the fund for every year is accumulated and shared among members, expressing members’ total contributions as ratios.

Your ratio is used to multiply the total interest and the result becomes your portion of the interest.

    2. To reach the ‘money zone’ early.

All members who have reached the money zone earn 100% and above interest on their INVESTMENTS. This means that in the money zone, your monthly contribution of say 200.00 doubles as 400.00 or even more.

Money zone is a coined term used to describe investors who have reached their peak and earning more than 100% returns on their investments.

    3. To qualify for a huge loan amount.

All contributors who contribute 150.00 or more are called ‘Optional Contributors’. They qualify to pick any amount of loan up to 70,000.00 provided they have affordability.

However, those who contribute say 100.00 or less. can only pick a maximum loan amount of 10,000.00
