About the deductions

Teachers and other staff of the Ghana Education Service (GES)  were been hit with some controversial deductions in the month of November.

Reports reaching EducationGhana indicates, that the controversial deductions include, GH¢100 National Teaching Council (NTC) deductions for Teacher License as well as GH¢ 509.55 Teacher Laptop deductions.

There have been allegations of an NTC License Renewal Tax which was deducted on a license that has not been renewed yet.
