Tanzanian Government official canes Indisciplined Students (VIDEO)

Tanzanian government official Albert Chalamila has been videoed canning students who torched two dormitories at Kiwanja Secondary School in Chunya in the Mbeya Region of Tanzania after their cellphones were confiscated

Tanzania’s president John Magufuli on Friday praised Chalamila for beating up the students.

Corporal punishment is legal in Tanzanian schools, but only a headmaster or designated teacher can administer it.
