The National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) 2025, Ghana’s most prestigious academic contest, is set to officially launch on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, with the prelims balloting also scheduled for the same day. The event marks the beginning of another exciting edition of the longest-running academic competition in Ghana, bringing together senior high schools across the country to battle for supremacy in science and mathematics. Organised by Primetime Limited in partnership with the Ghana Education Service (GES) and powered by GOIL Good Energy, the NSMQ continues to inspire innovation, critical thinking, and academic excellence among Ghanaian students. The championship will unfold over four thrilling stages, leading to the much-anticipated grand finale. Below is the full schedule:- Preliminary Stage: October 13 – 17, 2025
- One-Eighth Stage: October 19 – 21, 2025
- Quarter-Final Stage: October 23 – 25, 2025
- Semi-Final Stage: October 27, 2025
