The University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) wishes to inform Diploma Graduands intending to enroll in a Top-Up Programme to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree of the following important guidelines:
Application Process
Application Submission:
- Purchase the application voucher and complete the online application form.
- Submit the form electronically and:
- WhatsApp a soft copy to 0552590370 or 0553581475.
- Send a hard copy via Ghana Post to the University.
Offer of Admission:
- Admission Letters will be issued based on the Graduation List and downloaded Transcripts.

Admission Confirmation
Submission of Certified True Copies:
- Applicants who receive admission must submit a Certified True Copy of their Certificate to the Admissions Office by 15th February 2025.
- Failure to provide the certified document will result in the withdrawal of admission, as stated in the Admission Letter (provisional status clause).
Academic Calendar
Commencement of Lectures:
- Top-Up students will begin lectures as Continuing Students on 13th January 2025.
- They are expected to report between 10th and 12th January 2025, aligning with the reporting dates for Continuing Students.
