No Congregation 2020: UCC CoDE sets dates and Venues for Collection of Certificates; charges GHc370 graduation fee

FEE 20 UCC COLLEGE FACE SCHOLARSHIP STUDENTS

The University of Cape Coast College of Distance Education (UCC CoDE) has said that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, it shall not be able to confer Diplomas and Degrees on its 2020 graduands who completed the University in September 2019 as scheduled.

The Institution thereby indicated that it has given a special dispensation for the distribution of certificates to graduands ahead of the Congregation.

The University further emphasized that all graduands are to visit their designated venues as attached to this publication for their certificates with strict compliance to the COVID-19 Protocols.

Graduation Fee

According to the University, graduands are expected to pay their graduation fee of GHC370 at any GCB  Bank Ltd. nationwide using the Smartpay Platform.

Students who wished to collect their certificates within the stipulated time are expected to pay all outstanding fees as well as graduation fees before Tuesday, June 30, 2020.

”All graduands are expected to show photocopies of their Student/National ID Cards before being issued their Certificates” The University said.

Meanwhile, graduands who could not meet the deadline as scheduled shall be compelled to collect their certificates at the University.
