The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is pleased to announce to the General Public and all Candidates for the 2019 and 2020 Licensing Examinations that this year’s induction ceremony will be conducted ONLINE on December 14, 2020.
The NMC in a statement issued on October 22, 2020 said. it will on Monday, December 14, 2020, hold a virtual induction ceremony for nurses and midwives who passed the 2019 and 2020 licensing examination.
According to the NMC, the event will be streamed lived on the major social media platforms including YouTube.
“Inductees can present their receipt of payment for Registration to any of our Regional Offices to collect their Badges and Pendants”, it added.

How to register for the virtual induction ceremony
- Go to our website https://nmc.gov.gh/web/ or visit HERE
- Under the Online Services click on Induction Registration. Read the instructions carefully, scroll to the bottom of the page and fill the form.
- Upload picture of your Registration payment receipt issued to you by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (If you are using a smartphone, you can take a photo shot of the receipt using the phone camera and upload)
- On completion of filling the form, click on Submit

According to the Nursing Council, results for the 2020 Post Basic Licensing Examinations are yet to be released and it shall duly communicate to them on the modalities for their Induction ceremony.
