The National Teaching Council (NTC) has cautioned the general public ,most especially the Newly Trained Teachers who are prospective candidates for the next Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE).
In a statement issued by the NTC Public Relations Unit on August 6,2019, the NTC debunked Social Media Rumours which suggest that prospective GTLE Candidates are to register online for the September 2019 Examination.

Further,the NTC indicated, the rumours outlined some specific guidelines for the supposed registration,but emphasized ,such guidelines were not coming from its outfit.
Registration Announcements
In addition to the caution statement,the NTC said it shall publish in the dailies,the announcement for registration for September 2019 GTLE.
Prospective Candidates are also advised to visit www.ntc.gov.gh for constatnt updates on the GTLE.

Fraudsters
In its concluding statement,the NTC admonished candidates to be cautious of fraudsters Who ask them to pay under the pretext of assisting them pass the GTLE.
”Passing GTLE is strictly meritorious and has no room for stuccoes through the back door” The Statement emphasized.
