The Chairman of the All Teachers’ Alliance -Ghana (ATAG-GH),  Isaac Ofori  has denied allegedly defrauding the Union of GHC50,000 for his personal gains.

According to reports published by  EducationGhana.net ,  the Chairman has been alleged to have taken a loan of GHS 50,000 from GCB Bank Limited as honorarium to reward himself as Christmas package.

This amount is alleged to be currently being paid by the Union to the Bank at an interest rate of 34% per annum.

But Speaking to Ellis Ferdinand. the chairman explained that the supposed perpetrators were some members who have decided to sabotage the leadership for some supposedly unknown reasons.
