To get upgraded to higher ranks in the GES, teachers must submit three copies each of ;
- Application Letters
- All Certified Certificates
- Promotion Letters
- Transfer Letter
- Admission Letter
- Matriculation brochure (Photocopy where your name is,i.e the page)
- Graduation List
- Transcript
- Current Payslip
- Personal Record Form
