Ghana Education Service (GES) has launched GES Promotion Aptitude Test App for Teaching Staff.
Management of Ghana Education Service is informing all staff due for the promotion that the shortlist for applicants eligible to write the aptitude test for Promotion Ranks Principal Superintendent, Assistant Director II, Assistant Director I, and Deputy Director has been completed.
The proposed date for the Aptitude test will be 28th February 2023 and 1st March 2023 simultaneously in all regions.
Moreover, the GES added that Index numbers, Regional centers, and other vital information will be communicated through the Regional Directorates to all short-listed candidates.
As part of chalking success in the GES Teachers Promotion Exams, all qualified teachers can download the Teachers Promotion Exams App on play store.

About the Teachers Promotion App
The Teachers Promotion Exam App is developed to assist and prepare teachers for promotion exams in Principal Superintendent (PS), Assistant Director II (AD II), Assistant Director I (AD I), and Deputy Director (DD).
The app includes a quiz with a timer that guides the teacher through the preparation process before the actual promotion exam. There are two tests.
One is the everyday Quiz, which assists teachers in answering at least 10 questions and up to 30 questions per day.

The second test is the Final Exam Quiz, which consists of 75 questions with the same time limit as the Promotion Exam. Its main purpose is to assist teachers in working within a time limit, as in a real promotion exam.
When you use the two quizzes, you will also save time. Because it will mark the quiz, grade the quiz, and provide you with the answers you select as well as the correct answers.
It also includes advice and notes on the promotion exam.
The app has a forum where you can connect with other teachers who share the same interests and get clarification on some difficult questions.
The app offers news on promotion exams and other educational news updates.
It also encompasses the website for the promotion exam registration portal, the promotion exam result checker portal, and other online sources.
The app incorporates a help interface that assists teachers to report problems pertaining to the app and the quiz.
