Eligibility Requirements

Before applying, ensure you meet the following conditions:   Years of Service: You must have served the minimum years required at your current rank. Performance Records: Your appraisal reports must show satisfactory performance. CPD Points: You must provide evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) as required by the NTC. Staff ID: All applicants must have a valid Staff ID.  

Step-by-Step Application Process

  To apply for GES promotion in 2025, follow these steps: 1. Visit the Portal Go to https://bit.ly/GESPROMOTION25 2. Register and Obtain Application Code If you are applying for the first time or your previous code is invalid, register again to get a new Application Code. 3. Log In Use your Staff ID and Application Code to log into the portal. 4. Fill Out the Application Form Provide accurate details, including rank, years of service, and personal information. 5. Upload Supporting Documents Submit appraisal reports, CPD records, and any other required documents.   6. Review and Submit Double-check all entries before submitting. Print or save your confirmation slip.   7. Use the RESET Feature if Needed If you made a mistake, use the RESET feature to clear your earlier submission and re-apply afresh.
