The Ho Technical University, under Vice-Chancellor Prof. Ben Q. Honyenuga, held its 3rd Matriculation and 2nd Graduation Ceremony at NAVTRAC, matriculating 32 naval personnel in Procurement and Supply and graduating 15 in Secretaryship.
The Ho Technical University, under the leadership of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Ben Q. Honyenuga, held its 3rd Matriculation and 2nd Graduation Ceremony at the Naval Training Command (NAVTRAC) in Nutekpor earlier today.
The event marked significant milestones for naval personnel who have committed to advancing their professional skills through rigorous academic programs.
In a ceremony that underscored the importance of continuous education and professional development, thirty-two naval personnel were matriculated into the Advanced Certificate course in Procurement and Supply.
This program, designed to enhance the operational efficiency and procurement skills of the participants, is a testament to the University’s commitment to providing relevant and practical education.
Naval Personnel
In addition to the matriculation, the University celebrated the achievements of 15 naval personnel who graduated from the 3-month Advanced Certificate course in Secretaryship & Management Studies.
This course is jointly run by the Supply Application School of NAVTRAC and the Ho Technical University (HTU), emphasizing a collaborative approach to education that benefits both institutions.
Vice-Chancellor Prof. Ben Q. Honyenuga expressed his pride in the dedication and hard work of the naval personnel. “Today’s ceremony is not just a formality; it represents the dedication and commitment of these individuals to their personal and professional development. The skills and knowledge they have acquired will undoubtedly enhance their contributions to the Navy and the nation,” he stated.
