The Government of Ghana, through the Ministry of Finance, has given financial clearance for the posting of Environmental Health Officers and Assistants who graduated from the Accra, Tamale, and Ho Schools of Hygiene from 2010 to 2019.
A press release from the Local Government Service says the posting of the Officers is critical to the concerted efforts of the government to enhance environmental health and sanitation policies, plans and programmes in the country.
“The approval for this posting is to augment is the existing capacity to improve the implementation of environmental health and sanitation policies, plans and programmes in the country,” the statement dated May 6, 2020, in part read.

The unemployed graduates are entreated to visit the Local Government Service website to compete for their information by uploading their certificates in PDF formats to facilitate the process.
