The Ghana Education Service (GES) has thrown its weight behind a Mathematics quiz Competition to be organized by Cowbell.
The Director-General of the Ghana Education Service, Prof. Kwasi Opoku Amankwa made this revelation during the media launch of the 20th anniversary of the Cowbell brand at North Industrial Area in Accra.
The Director-General of the Ghana Education Service, Prof. Kwasi Opoku Amankwa has commended Promasidor’s flagship brand Cowbell, for their tremendous efforts in supporting various activities of the Ghana Education Service.
Speaking on Monday at the media launch of the 20th anniversary of the Cowbell brand at North Industrial Area in Accra, Prof .Opoku Amankwa also pledged GES support of Cowbells upcoming mathematics quiz competition dubbed Cowbellpedia.
This according to the Director General would complement GES effort in encouraging both girls and boys to take mathematics serious.
Cowbell has supported various activities such as athletics, essay writing ,quiz competitions etc
Present at the launch were, MP for Okaikoi South, Mayor of Accra, MD , Promasidor Ghana, Director, Basic Education, GES , Director, Cultural Unit, GES amongst others.
