Ferdinand | EducationGhana | March 28 | GES requests names of JHS 1 to JHS 3 Students for the 2022/23 Academic Year
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has requested the names of all JHS 1 to 3 students for the 2022/23 academic year on or before April 7. 2023.
The GES in a letter dated March 23, 2023to all regional directors of Education to e communicate to all schools indicated that the names should include private and public Junior High schools for an important exercise.
2022 EMIS Data
The GES indicated that all Metro/Municipal/District Directors of Education are directed to collect the names of all JHS 1 to JHS 3 students n both public and private schools as per
the 2022 EMIS census data and submit the same as a matter of urgency through their respective regional directors to the director general via email schoolsandinstructions@ges.gov.gh on or before April 7, 2023.
Caution
Heads of basic schools are expected to comply with the above directives by submitting the names of their students without fail to their respective Metro/Municipal/District Education Directorates as quickly as possible for onward submission to the GES headquarters.
