Sexuality Education: GES is a responsible and law abiding state agency that cannot Implement a sexually Explicit Policy – GES

The Ghana Education Service GES has said that its outfit is a responsible and law abiding state agency and will not under any circumstances implement any programme which goes contrary to the legal, cultural norms, values and beliefs of the state.

The Ghana Education Service said thisĀ  in its response to allegations that the Education Service was considering implementing a Comprehensive Equability Education (CSE) policy.

A policy many described as introducing sexually explicit images to children of school going age,but the GES said its outfit was a responsible agency to go against the standards of morality.

Some schools of thought also believe the purpose of introducing the CSE was to achieve an LGBT agenda to benefit its donors.

But the GES on Monday,September 30,019 ,denied the allegations,saying its outfit has no such plans .

”GES has no intention of introducing LGBT etc in our schools. Never!” The GES emphasized.

”The new Standards Based Curriculum being implemented has nothing to do with LGBT, masturbation or explicit display of intimate body parts.”

”In all the training programmes on the new curriculum, there was no mention of any of the issues referred to above.”
