Ferdinand | EducationGhana | February 27 |GES cautions SHS Heads issuing unapproved Prospectus to 2023 Form 1 Students
Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has cautioned heads of senior high schools who are allegedly issuing an unapproved prospectus to form 1 SHS students.
The GES in a statement issued by the Acting Director of Schools and Instructions Division, Mr Prince Charlse Agyemang-Duah on February 27, 2023, indicated, that it has taken strong exception to the act.
The GES thereby wishes to state unequivocally that the practice is prohibited and must cease with immediate effect.

Investigations
The GES said Investigations will soon commence into the issues to ensure that the right
things are done in our schools.
Heads of Second Cycle Schools are, therefore, cautioned to stick to the approved harmonised prospectus for students.
“Any Head of the School caught demanding any item(s) aside from the approved ones will
be severely sanctioned.” The statement said.
