GES releases approved subjects for 2024 Study Leave With Pay, categorized into Teaching and Teaching & Non-Teaching with specific percentage allocations.
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has released the approved subjects for the 2024 Study Leave With Pay. The subjects have been categorized into two groups: Teaching and Teaching & Non-Teaching, each with specific percentage allocations.
Percentage Allocation for Subjects The subjects are divided into two categories with distinct percentage allocations: 55% and 45%.
55% Allocation Subjects
The following subjects have been allocated 55%:
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Mathematics
- Engineering
- Integrated Science
- English Language
- Physical Education
- French
- ICT
45% Allocation Subjects
The following subjects have been allocated 45%:
- Special Education
- Ghanaian Language
- Guidance and Counselling
- Early Childhood
- Religious Studies
- Economics
- Government
- Geography
- History
- Music
- Laboratory Technician
- Accounting
- Procurement
- Purchasing, Supply & Logistics
- Administration
- Secretarial Studies
- Human Resource Management
