The Ghana Education Service (GES) has approved a comprehensive training workshop by NaCCA for regional and district directors to ensure effective administration of the Primary 4 and 6 National Standardized Test (NST).
GES Grants Approval for NaCCA Training Workshop for NST Administration
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has granted approval to the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA) to conduct a series of training workshops aimed at preparing regional and district-level educators for the effective administration of the Primary 4 and 6 National Standardized Test (NST). This initiative includes the training of regional master trainers, monitoring district-level test administrator training, and ensuring the proper management of test materials.
Purpose of the Workshop
The primary goal of the workshop is to equip all Regional and District Directors, District Examination Officers, Training Officers, and test administrators with the necessary knowledge and skills to support the smooth organization and administration of the NST.

The comprehensive training workshop will cover the following key areas:
- Test Administration Procedures
- Training Delivery Techniques
- Quality Assurance and Monitoring Protocols
- Roles and Responsibilities of Regional and District Directors of Education

- Arrival at Assigned Regions: Friday, 19th July 2024
- Regional Master Trainers Training Workshop: Saturday, 20th July 2024
- District-Level Test Administrators Training Workshop: Sunday, 21st July 2024
- Test Administration Day for Primary 4: Monday, 22nd July 2024
- Test Administration Day for Primary 6: Tuesday, 23rd July 2024
- Departure for National Trainers: Wednesday, 24th July 2024
