Education Minister pays tribute to Former Chairman of UNESCO Executive Board (VIDEO)

Ghana’s Minister of Education, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh,has paid a tribute to the former Chairman of the UNESCO Executive Board, the late Amb. Patrick Seddoh on behalf of Ghanaians at the 207th Session of  the UNESCO Executive Board.

The 207th Session is currently underway at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris France.

The session begun on October 9 and is expected to end on the 23rd October 2019.

Amb. Patrick Seddoh, former Chairman of the UNESCO Executive Board is the first African (SOUTH OF THE SAHARA) to attain that prestigious position and died aged  94.
