A total of 32,402 candidates, including 23,990 males and 8,412 females from 185 public and private Technical Institutes, participated in the examinations.”
Accra, Ghana,– The Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET) has officially released the results of the 2023 May/June Certificate II examinations. Candidates who participated in the national examinations can now check their results online through the CTVET results portal.
The Certificate II examination consists of two parts: the Core Subjects, covering English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science, Social Studies, and Entrepreneurship, and the Elective Components, which include the Trade Area Programmes.
A total of 32,402 candidates, comprising 23,990 males and 8,412 females, registered and sat for the examinations at 185 public and private Technical Institutes across the country. The release of results provides candidates with valuable insights into their performance and progression in technical and vocational education.
To check the May/June Certificate II examination results online, candidates can follow these steps:
- Visit the CTVET results portal.
- Select the examination series (May/June).
- Choose the region (e.g., Ashanti Region).
- Select the examination center.
- Enter the Index Number.
- Enter the Unique Reference Number.
- Choose the examination year (2023).
- Select the specific program.
- Optionally enter your email address.
- Click on “Fetch Result” and wait for the window to display your result.
The CTVET emphasized that the results of 36 students have been withheld pending investigations due to their involvement in various forms of examination malpractices and irregularities.
Candidates are encouraged to check their results promptly and utilize the information to guide their educational and career pathways. The release of examination results is a crucial step in the educational journey, providing feedback and insights for both students and educators.
