COVID-19: Gov’t to consider regular testing of students when schools reopen – Oppong Nkrumah

The Member of parliament for the Ofoase-Ayirebi constituency and the Minister for Information, Hon Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has revealed the government will be considering regular testing of students when schools reopen.

The Information Minister made this revelation in a live Question & Answer session on Instagram on Sunday May 17 2020.

According to him, the government will also ensure that every student is equipped with face masks or nose masks before reporting to school daily.

Hon Kojo Oppong Nkrumah admitted that the decision and measures to be put in place are for now complicated and assured the citizenry that “President Akufo-Addo brief the nation more on the matter soon”.
