An 18-year-old BECE Candidate,Ruth Matata, has been seriously injured in the clashes between the Police and the youth of the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality on Wednesday.
She was injured alongside a 41-year-old Korteh Tetteh.
The medical director of the St. Martin de Porres Hospital, Agormanya on Thursday referred both patients to the Regional hospital for specialist treatment.

Hon. Eric Kwakya Darfour, Eastern Regional Minister who is the Chairman of REGSEC directed Hon. Simon Kweku Tetteh, MCE for Lower Manya Krobo Municipality to take care of the full medical expenses for the smooth recovery of the victims.
