Ferdinand | EducationGhana |May 16| 2023 Newly Recruited Teachers to be Paid Salaries by May ending
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has said that all Newly recruited Teachers into the service in 2023 shall be paid their salaries hopefully by the end of May 2023.
The GES made this revelation in a letter dated May 15, 2023 t all its Acting directors, HRMD for Director-General Ms Angela Frimpomaa Nkansah to all Regional Directors.
Staff Identification Numbers
The letter indicated that the Staff Identification Numbers for the newly recruited teachers in 2023 were ready and bound under a deadline for processing.

Biometric Registration
The letter further stated there shall be no Biometric registration for the 2023 new entrants into the service.
New Entrant Forms
The GES requested from all regional directors of education submit all processed new entrant forms promptly to the payroll unit of the GES Headquarters by May 24, 2023, to avoid delay in salary payments.
The letter has it that hopefully the salaries of all the newly recruited staff will be paid at the end of May 2023.
