EducationGhana, July 12, Colleges Rankings 21: Berekum College of Education has been adjudged the Best College of Education in the Ashanti and Bono-Ahafo Zones of the 46 Colleges of Education in Ghana in 2021 according to their Academic Performance.
The Ashanti and Bono-Ahafo Zones consist of all Regions in the Ashanti and Bono-Ahafo Regions of Ghana.
The College toped the zonal ranking with 37 First Class honours.
The Second Best College of Education in the Ashanti and Bono-Ahafo Zones (Regions) is the Wesley College of Education with 32 First Class Honours, Followed by Offinso College of Education also with 31 First Class Honours.
Akrokeri College of Education came fourth with 29 First Class Honours whilst St Loius College of Education, Kumasi came fifth with 20 First Class Honours.
Presbyterian Women College of Education,, Agogo and Atebubu College of Education came Sixth and Seventh with 16 and 15 First Class Honours respectively.
Mampong Technical College of Education and St Monica’s College of Education, Mampong came 8th and 9th with 14 and 10 First Class Honours each respectively.
